Express shipping is charged at AUD $15 flat rate per order. Australia Post Express Post time frames begin from when you receive your shipping notification, not from when your order is placed on the Cable Melbourne website. We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before midday (AEDT) on the same business day and all orders placed after midday (AEDT) will be dispatched on the next business day.
*The estimated shipping times above have been supplied by Australia Post and may take longer than expected. We recommend tracking the delivery progress of your parcel via the Australia Post website. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact our Customer Service team.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Standard shipping within Australia is AUD $10.
FREE Standard Shipping Australia wide when you spend over AUD $300
Standard Shipping times apply for all orders.
Australia Post - Express Post is available and will cost AUD$15 per order, chargeable at checkout.
Your order will be delivered by Australia Post through an E-Parcel service.
Tracking from Australia Post E-Parcel will be emailed directly to the customer notifying the status of the parcel.
CANCELLATIONS
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. Majority of orders are dispatched by midday the day the order is placed – unless it is placed during the weekend or on a public holiday. Please note that shipped orders cannot be cancelled. A signature will be required on delivery.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note, we cannot currently ship orders to Canada. Due to ongoing union strike action, Canada Post has advised all countries to temporarily stop sending all items to Canada. As a result, all services to and from Canada are temporarily suspended.
International freight charges are as follows and will be sent via Australia Post with tracking:
International shipping AUD $35 (excluding New Zealand)
FREE International Shipping when you spend over AUD $350 (excluding New Zealand)
SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND
New Zealand standard shipping is a flat cost of $30. We do not currently offer express or free shipping for New Zealand orders.
Cable Melbourne is not responsible for the loss or damage of your order in transit. This responsibility is passed on to you as soon as we hand your order over to the shipping company.
International customers may have to pay import duties and/or customs clearance fees. For information, please contact your local customs office. Country-specific customs duties, taxes and clearance fees are the responsibility of each individual customer. Unclaimed or refused deliveries may incur additional fees.
Please note, Cable Melbourne is unable to refund duties and taxes for international orders that are returned. Depending on the country, you may be able to contact your local customs offices directly for a refund of these costs. Please contact your local customs offices for more information regarding duties and taxes.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
For a secure delivery experience, all orders must be signed for upon arrival. In the event of absence, Australia Post will redirect parcels to the nearest post office for collection. We do not offer an "Authority To Leave" option and recommend providing a daytime address for smooth delivery.
SAME DAY DELIVERY - POWERED BY RENDR
We’re excited to offer fast and convenient delivery options, thanks to our partnership with Rendr.
Same Day Delivery
Same Day Delivery and 3-Hour Delivery is available to customers located within a 30km radius of our Kings Arcade Armadale store in Melbourne and our Mosman store in Syndey. We are working on expanding the number of stores available for both Same Day and 3-Hour Delivery in the near future.
This service is available Monday to Friday during store hours (excluding public holidays)
Order Cut-off Times
2 hours before stores are closed for the day. For example, if the store(s) within your delivery radius close at 5pm, then Same Day and 3-Hour delivery will be available until 3pm.
Delivery Fees
Fees will vary based on your distance from the store delivering your order. The exact fee will be displayed at checkout after you’ve entered your delivery address.
Service Limitations
Same Day Delivery is not available for PO boxes or parcel lockers.
Delivery Tracking and Updates
You’ll receive an email with tracking details from our delivery partner Rendr. Once your order is on the way, you can follow your parcel’s journey in real time through Rendr’s tracking system. Additionally, you will get SMS notifications to stay updated throughout the process.
Authority to Leave
If you order is under $500, Rendr has the authority to leave your parcel in a safe location at your address. If your order is over $500 and you are not available to collect, your parcel will be returned to the store it was dispatched from and we will contact you regarding re-delivery
DELAYS
Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods or due to unforeseen reasons. During these times, please allow an additional 3 business days for your order to be delivered. In the event that your order is affected by delay, Customer Care will contact you immediately or if you have any concerns, please contact info@cablemelbourne.com
